Decisions, decisions, decisions...

Life is full of decisions from the time we get up to the time we go to bed.  All throughout the day, we make decisions.  Some will be small and insignificant.  Others will be huge, make an impact, and have long terms effects.  Some decisions will be good. Some will be not so good.  Some will be down right horrible.

So, what is there to know about decisions for IPR?  Here's the short list for starters:

  • There are two types - routine and planned
  • Decisions are influenced by the following factors - mental maturity, values, goals, standards, and resources
  • Decision making has a process.
That's it for the short list. We'll be reading more about decision making in class today.  With your group, read pages 94-102.
