#teenager problems

Problems - Who doesn't have them?  It seems like there is always a decision to be made about something.  It can be what college to go to, what job to take, what classes to take, who to hang out with, etc..  However, no matter what the problem, we can rely on the decision making process(DMP) to help us solve it.  Let's review.  The DMP consists of these steps:

  1. Identify the problem
  2. Brainstorm solutions or alternatives
  3. List the pros and cons of each solution
  4. Make a decision
  5. Evaluate the decision
Your turn:  Work with a group of two or three.  Identify a common teenager problem.  Complete the DMP worksheet to solve the problem.  Be prepared to report your findings to the class.
